This Ramadan, Alaya invites guests to gather around ‘Sufret Alaya’, where every dish tells a story and every moment celebrates togetherness. Inspired by the Arabic word ‘sufra’, meaning the dining table that brings everybody together, the warm and luxurious setting honours the spirit of connection. The set menu opens with dates and lentil soup, with cold starters such as Hummus and Grape Leaves Dolma and hot appetisers including Beef Kibbeh and Shish Kofte. For mains, guests can choose from Lamb Shank and Shish Chicken served with Maqluba Rice. Layali Al Ritz: Where tradition meets refined luxury

MINA Brasserie’s soulful Ramadan Iftar blends tradition and modern flavours in a warm and elegant setting. A refined Ramadan Suhoor, ‘Balance of the Night’ blends harmonious flavours and live oud melodies within an intimate, reflective atmosphere. Inspired by the philosophies of early Arab thinkers who believed beauty is born from balance, the three-course sharing menu is thoughtfully composed to create harmony between flavours, textures, and temperatures, blending sweet and savoury elements with restraint and elegance.

Shanghai ME: Contemporary Asian

The contemporary Asian restaurant’s set Iftar menu, replaces their early dinner offering this Ramadan. Featuring a salad, starter, main with a side, and dessert, the set menu is available daily from 17 February to 18 March, 5:30–7:00pm. [TD1]
