Visitor parking at DIFC operates through a barrier-free, ticketless system across Gate District, Gate Village, Gate Avenue and Innovation One as of 1 January 2026.

Visitors parking fee:
- The first hour of parking is free
- For parking between 1 to 4 hours, a charge of AED 10 per hour will apply
- Alternatively, visitors can enjoy free parking with a minimum spend of AED 75, subject to validation at our guest services desks in Gate Avenue 1 and 4
- For parking durations exceeding 4 hours, a charge of AED 10 per hour will apply
Payment can be made at the machines inside the mall.

- Monday to Friday (06.00 - 18.00): The first hour of parking is free and each additional hour AED 25 per hour
