14 May 2025, Dubai, UAE: TLT Concepts, the creative lifestyle and hospitality company behind some of Egypt’s most celebrated destinations introduces its first Dubai venture, Villa Coconut DIFC. Nestled in the heart of Gate Avenue, DIFC, the new venue brings together Mediterranean dining, curated entertainment, and immersive design in a setting that is both refined and effortlessly vibrant. The soft opening took place in mid-May, welcoming guests to experience the venue ahead of the official launch.

Originally launched in the coastal town of El Gouna, Egypt, Villa Coconut quickly became synonymous with laid-back luxury, soulful energy, and beachside charm. With its Dubai debut, Villa Coconut is set to make waves, bringing a refined yet effortlessly cool energy to the centre of Dubai’s dining district in DIFC. 

In 2024, TLT Concepts marked its international debut with the opening of The Lemon Tree & Co. Athens Riviera, a seasonal destination that brought the group’s signature hospitality to Greece.
Now, with the launch of Villa Coconut DIFC, the company continues its global journey — introducing its lifestyle-forward approach to one of the world’s most dynamic cities.

More than just a restaurant, Villa Coconut represents the arrival of Egyptian hospitality in the heart of Dubai, combining warm, welcoming service with a vibrant, laid-back charm. DIFC is renowned for the variety of its exciting dining options and nightlife, featuring some of the world’s most renowned restaurants and exciting concepts, as well as being a thriving hub for art and culture.

The culinary direction at Villa Coconut DIFC is led by Mirette Aly, Co-Founder and Chief Hospitality Officer of TLT Concepts. Together with acclaimed Greek chefs Michalis Nourloglou, the group’s R&D Hospitality Director, and Panos Zokos, Group Executive Chef, the team has created a menu rooted in Mediterranean tradition and elevated with bold,
contemporary flavours.

While the restaurant will feature many beloved classics, it will also introduce new dishes exclusive to the DIFC location, giving loyal Villa Coconut guests something exciting to discover. Guests can expect a culinary experience that is both elevated and inviting, with a focus on high-quality ingredients and vibrant, shareable plates. 

Designed for Discovery

Designed to transition from relaxed afternoons to high-energy evenings, Villa Coconut will feature live entertainment and DJ performances, ensuring a lively, immersive atmosphere that keeps the night going. 

The venue’s interiors were brought to life in collaboration with Alchemy Architecture Studio, one of Egypt’s most respected design firms, alongside TLT Concepts’ in-house design and concept development team. The restaurant’s private entrance, dramatic ceiling height, and signature curved marble bar invite guests into a world of calm luxury, designed to host everything from casual lunches to vibrant late-night gatherings. High ceilings complement the earthy, organic decor, creating an open and inviting space that feels both luxurious and effortless. The interplay of different stones and metals throughout the venue adds depth and texture, enhancing the sophisticated ambiance. 

Introducing The Lava Room

For those seeking something even more exclusive, The Lava Room, Villa Coconut’s hidden speakeasy, offers a private, intimate escape for 30-40 guests. A space designed for curated gatherings and secret soirées, it adds an air of mystery to the experience, creating the perfect setting for those who crave something beyond the ordinary.
