Dubai, UAE; 21 October 2026: Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), a key cultural and lifestyle hub in Dubai, has announced the return of ROOFLINE by DIFC, bringing together homegrown and regional dining, fashion and lifestyle concepts for its second season. Located across the podium levels of Gate Avenue and Gate District, the event will officially open on Sunday 1 November 2026 and run through 30 April 2027.
Building on the success of its inaugural season, the six-month outdoor programme adds to DIFC’s dining, retail and lifestyle offering. Spanning specialty coffee and dining, fashion, wellness and interactive experiences, the new season provides a platform for established and emerging brands to connect with DIFC’s community.
Saleh Al Akrabi, Chief Real Estate Officer at DIFC Investments, said: “Our vision for ROOFLINE by DIFC extends beyond a seasonal destination. It is about making space for entrepreneurial talent, giving promising businesses greater visibility and creating an environment where new concepts can build meaningful connections with their audiences. At the same time, we want to make the most of DIFC’s distinctive outdoor setting, offering a place for people to gather and celebrate the moments that define the season, from November through to April.”
This season’s line-up features a diverse mix of homegrown and regional concepts, including specialty coffee spots Flat Out, Bonds Café, FLTR and Sadeem; Emirati fashion label DAS Club; and experiential pop-up Malbo Photobooth. Visitors can also enjoy contemporary café concepts Sesame and Lune, as well as traditional concepts Chai and Kleja and Ratwa, alongside all-day dining café Mihbash. One of the region’s leading on-demand delivery platforms, talabat, will host a rotating F&B pop-up at the venue, featuring a different brand each month.
ROOFLINE by DIFC reinforces the centre’s role as a holistic urban destination that blends business, culture and leisure, offering engaging community programming in the heart of the city. By creating opportunities for homegrown brands to reach DIFC’s community of professionals, residents and visitors, the activation also contributes to the district’s evolving retail and lifestyle offering.
The event takes place at Gate Avenue and Gate District, DIFC. The destination is accessible via public transport, located just a three-minute walk from the Financial Centre Metro Station. Complimentary valet parking is available at Gate Avenue 1 and Gate Avenue 4 with a minimum spend of AED 100 at ROOFLINE by DIFC restaurants, cafés or retail outlets, upon presentation of a receipt.
