Dubai, UAE – November 5, 2026: Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), one of the city’s most vibrant cultural and lifestyle hubs, has announced the return of the Gate Avenue Fitness Hub for the Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC) 2026. Running from 31 October to 29 November 2026, this year’s edition marks the largest to date, featuring an expanded programme of more than 60 complimentary fitness and wellness sessions, more than double the 30 sessions offered in 2025.
First launched in 2020, the Gate Avenue Fitness Hub has become a fixture on DIFC’s annual wellness calendar. Building on the momentum of 2025, which recorded 4,351 participants, the 2026 programme has been curated to inspire a wider cross-section of professionals, residents, and visitors to adopt 30 minutes of daily physical activity, reinforcing Dubai’s ambition to become one of the world’s most active cities.
Saleh Al Akrabi, Chief Real Estate Officer, DIFC Investments, said: "For the thousands of people who work and spend time at DIFC every day, the district is much more than a place of business. We want it to be somewhere people feel connected, where they can step away from their daily routines and make the most of the spaces around them. The continued growth of Gate Avenue Fitness Hub reflects the enthusiasm of our community, and we are proud to play our part in Dubai's wider efforts to encourage healthier, more active lifestyles."
Hosted at Gate Avenue 1, Podium Level, the 2026 edition unites more than 10 leading fitness and wellness brands, including F45, Warehouse Gym, Up & Running and Dubai Basketball.
Catering to all fitness levels, the comprehensive timetable spans high-intensity interval training (HIIT), functional strength workouts, running clinics, basketball drills, as well as restorative mobility, flexibility and stretching sessions. The initiative complements DIFC’s year-round commitment to community health, which includes signature programmes such as Yogalates Under the Gate, PULSE, and participation in the Dubai Mallathon.
Registration details: Participation in all sessions is complimentary, but spaces are limited to ensure an optimal experience. Advance registration is recommended.
DIFC is easily accessible by public transport and is located just a three-minute walk from Financial Centre Metro Station. Salik parking facilities are available across DIFC.
