KIGO introduces Tsumugi six course tasting menu

Tsumugi is a six course tasting experience at KIGO Dubai, priced at AED 980 per person, bringing together the restaurant’s two defining styles.

The menu draws from both the 12 course Kaiseki and sushi omakase, offering a more concise format without losing depth or precision. Crafted by Head Chef Akinori ‘Aki’ Tanigawa, each course reflects a balance of seasonality, technique and restraint.

Available Wednesday to Sunday from 6pm to 10pm, Four Seasons DIFC, Gate Village, Building 9.
