Cipriani celebrates white truffle season with fresh truffles sourced directly from Alba, Italy.

Available from October through December and into January, the special seasonal menu brings their distinctive aroma and flavour to a selection of Cipriani favourites.

Look out for white truffle across dishes including Carpaccio alla Cipriani, burrata, pizza, risotto and pasta.
