Gymkhana Dubai brings the celebrated Mayfair restaurant by London’s JKS Restaurants to DIFC, marking its first opening in the UAE. Led by Executive Chef Rahul Rana, under the guidance of Global Culinary Director Chet Sharma and JKS Restaurants Co-Founder Karam Sethi, the menu draws on the rich culinary traditions of North India, complemented by influences from the South and West.

Signature dishes from the London restaurant sit alongside Gymkhana’s largest collection of Dubai-exclusive dishes to date, including Jackfruit Ghee Roast, Makhmali King Crab & Malai Pyaaz, Imli Black Cod with Peanut Chutney, Wagyu Beef Sukka with Bone Marrow, Malvani Sea Bream and Goat Shank Nihari.

Spanning two levels, Gymkhana Dubai stays true to the character of its Mayfair home, featuring bespoke stained glass, Indian marble, the striking Peacock Bar and a private dining and events space for up to 14 seated guests or 30 standing.
