The Registrar of Real Property (RoRP) administers the laws, regulations and procedures designed to ensure the protection of the interests and rights of real property owners, lease holders and other parties for all properties located in DIFC. The RORP administers the DIFC Real Property Law, DIFC Strata Title Law, DIFC Leasing Law, and deals with all registrations under these Laws and Regulations.
DIFC Real Property Lodgements and Applications
DIFC Services handles the day-to-day operation of the RoRP and processes applications related to Freehold Transfer, Lease Registration, Mortgage Registration, and other lodgements prescribed under the DIFC Real Property Laws and Regulations.

To provide for and assist with Freehold Transfer Registration through DIFC's Portal to register the transfer of ownership of a freehold property from one party to another in the DIFC Real Property Register.

The provision of Mortgage Registration Services to enable property owners and financial institutions to apply for the registration, variation or discharge of a mortgage against a DIFC property.
