A DIFC registered entity that is required to have its accounts examined and reported on by an auditor must appoint an auditor registered with DIFC Registrar of Companies.

To update the details of a registered audit firm with the DIFC Registrar of Companies (RoC), submit an Update Auditor service request through the DIFC Client Portal. This service request allows you to update the audit firm's name, address, and contact details, as well as upload the latest audit firm licence. To access the portal, please click here.
