Dubai PropTech Hub
Dubai PropTech Hub, launched by DIFC Innovation Hub in partnership with Dubai Land Department (DLD), is the region’s first PropTech innovation hub focused on advancing the future of real estate through technology.
Bringing together the built environment value chain, the hub provides a platform for collaboration, innovation, and scalable growth across one of the world’s fastest growing markets and the Global South.
By 2030, the hub aims to support more than 200 PropTech start-ups and scale-ups, generate over 3,000 jobs, and attract more than USD 300 million in investment.
The hub works closely with industry stakeholders to support innovation and deliver outcomes for people, planet, and profit. Founding partners include Binghatti, Majid Al Futtaim, Union Properties, Sobha Realty and Transguard Group.
